Preserve the beauty of your Heureux XII ShowCase for years to come with proper care and storage.

Protect your ShowCase:
When not in use, store the ShowCase in its protective dust bag.
Avoid long term exposure to direct sunlight and extreme heat and do not expose to harsh solvents such as alcohol or acetone-based products. 

To clean the leather:
Gently brush away dirt with a medium-bristle brush. Apply a non-abrasive leather cleaner to a lint-free cloth and lightly wipe down the leather. 

To clean the TPU: 
Wipe away dirt with a soft cloth. Apply a non-abrasive cleaner to a lint-free cloth and buff lightly in a circular motion. Wipe dry with a clean lint-free cloth. Novus Plastic Clean and Shine can be applied if TPU appears stained or foggy.

We recommend testing all cleaning products on an inconspicuous area of the material before use.

*Fits most dressage and all-purpose saddle pads, we recommend checking the measurements of your pads to ensure a proper fit inside the ShowCase.

• Standard item pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before it ships.
• Pre-order with an initial $10 deposit
• Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email with a payment link, the balance payment can be paid at any time prior to shipping.  
• If your order is not paid in full at the time of shipping, you will receive a balance invoice for the remaining amount. 
• If the final payment is not submitted within 5 business days from the date of the balance invoice, we can not guarantee the availability of stock.
• The expected shipping date is an estimate and can change due unexpected delays. 
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

• Ground shipping is complementary on all U.S. orders.
• During the checkout process, expedited shipping options are available for purchase at an additional cost.
