Callie O'Connell

Callie O’Connell is a 25-year-old professional dressage rider from Wilmington, MA. Callie began riding at age five and has been a passionate student of dressage since she was eight years old. She is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist with distinction. She is the trainer at Berryfield Farm in Lincoln, MA, owned by Betsy Dangel. Berryfield Farm is a small boutique dressage barn, home to 7-8 high-performance horses.

Callie’s goal with every horse is to build a relationship based on trust, allowing each horse to develop at a pace that matches their physical and mental readiness. Callie lives and trains full-time in Lincoln, MA, and Wellington, FL, during the winter season. Before being the Berryfield Farm trainer, Callie was a working student and then assistant trainer to Jane Karol at Bear Spot Farm from 2016 to 2021. Callie is proud to train with Christoph Koschel, Claire Gallimore, and Jane Karol.

Her most recent accomplishments include winning Reserve Champion at the 2022 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions in the Brentina Cup with Eaton H. Her and Iron Lady were also 4th overall in the Developing Prix St. George National Championships in 2022. Callie made her first USA appearance at the 2023 FEI Dressage Nations Cup™ USA CDIOU25 Team with Eaton H, earning three medals: The U.S. Stars and Stripes Team Gold, Individual U25 Grand Prix Gold, and Freestyle Silver. She was also invited to participate in the 2023 U25 European Tour. Finally, she is a new member of the Kundrun USEF Dressage Development Program with Eaton H. Callie has now put her focus on the Open Grand Prix with Eaton H to prepare for the upcoming Wellington Season with scores ranging up to 73%. She has goals to represent the USA on more teams in the future.

Callie is a 2021 graduate of MassArt, where she earned her BFA in fashion design. Her senior thesis, "Pas de Deux” was inspired by her love of dressage and ballet. Callie enjoys working out, boating, and spending time with her dog Duke and family.

Quinn Iverson          Quinn Iverson


Quinn Iverson

Quinn Iverson is a 25 year old professional dressage rider from Roseburg, Oregon. Quinn grew up riding anything and everything that she could from eventing, show jumping, and dressage. Presently, she is an instrumental part of the River Grove Equestrian team, working as Adrienne Lyles assistant trainer. Iverson has worked with Olympian, Adrienne Lyle, for eight years now and has aspirations to be a team rider as well. Her first team experience was in March 2022 on the CDIO Nations Cup Team. She and Bille Davidson's, Beckham 19, helped earn team silver and individual bronze. They made the 2023 Nations Cup as well. This duo then went on to win the Brentina Cup National Championships in 2022. In 2023 they defended their title becoming back to back Brentina Cup Champions. She also took her younger mount, Gremlin 41, to third place finish in the Developing Prix Saint George Championships. 

Quinn splits her time now between Greenwood Village, CO and Wellington, FL. She spends most of her days riding with teaching some lessons in between. She loves dealing with the younger horses and strives to give them a good and positive foundation for them to grow their career on. Quinn’s goal is to be able to make a lifelong career out of riding horses, hopefully with some team opportunities along the way.

Katherine Anne Brewer          


     

Katherine Anne Brewer

Katherine Anne Brewer started riding at 10 years old in New York until she moved to California in 2015. She started competing in Grand Prix’s at 16 years old, and then went on to represent her zone twice at young riders as well as being selected for the CSIOJ Junior Nations cup. At 20 years old, she then pursued her professional career and began working for different trainers on the east coast furthering her knowledge of the industry while competing at the Grand Prix level with her own horse Casido 2. In 2022, she consistently placed in top classes as well as securing her first Grand Prix win in the $75k Hits GP and competing in the 500k Great American GP. In 2023 she has continued to place consistently in 1.50 classes and is now spending time in Holland to further her education of the sport.

Caroline Hoffman

Caroline is a professional FEI rider and coach that is based out of Malibu Hills CA. She is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist that won the 2014 DASC championship in the GrandPrix Open. Both her and her students has earned multiple Championship titles and Horse of the Year All Breed Awards. 

She works closely with her longtime coach and friend Sabine Schut-Kery and has a smaller boutique barn where the focus is on developing the horses correctly to their fullest potential within each individuals time frame for a happy partnership where the horse is always put first. Caroline also loves teaching and really enjoys seeing her student grow and succeed and develop to their fullest potential as riders while having fun. In addition she has a passion for matching horses and riders and also have a small high quality sales program and has found many great matches from her exclusive sources in Spain. .

Mandi Atkins          Mandi Atkins
     

Mandi Atkins

Mandi Atkins is a professional dressage rider based out of West Point, VA and Wellington, FL. Mandi Atkins specializes in private training, competing, and high-quality imported horse sales. Mandi is currently the assistant trainer to Pan American Games Gold Medalist and Team USA rider, Sarah Lockman of Summit Farm.

Like most riders, Mandi began riding at a young age. When she was only 15, she started her first horse and competed in the APHA circuit. While attending Virginia Tech for their Equine Science program, she discovered her love for dressage while studying abroad in Germany. Back in the US, she started to ride with Lynn Jendrowski and Cody Armstrong in Christiansburg, VA. Through the Virginia Tech Middleburg Agricultural Research Center (MARE Center), Mandi studied breeding and learned more about starting young sport horses.

After college, Mandi became Debbie Rodriguez’s (“S” judge, FEI 3* judge, “R” eventing judge) assistant trainer. While working with Debbie for 10 years, she was able to achieve her Bronze and Silver medals. In 2016, Mandi spent a few months in Germany riding with Dr. Christian Schacht, then worked with Jackie Kinney at Horses in Harmony in Easton, Maryland. After a couple of years, Mandi moved back to Virginia and started her own training program, MADressage in 2019.

She became Pan Am Gold medalist, Sarah Lockman’s, assistant trainer in 2022. Mandi’s goals are to represent Team USA on an international level and provide the US with top-tier, quality sales horses to continue to promote and support the success of the sport of dressage and riders in the United States.
